by Senior Managers from within the I.T. industry. Together we combine

MobileTXT specialises in the design,
development, deployment and management of mobile applications and
services.
The MobileTXT Cellular Internet
Portal is a venue for Mobile Operators, Users, Media Companies, ISP's,
Marketers, Application Developers and Content Owners.
This 'Ideas to Service' methodology
is a collaborative process with clients who have an interest in
utilising Mobile Internet Technologies and exploiting the vast
opportunities they offer.
This initiative received Industry
Accolade in 2002 and 2003 when nominated by T.U.A.N.Z.
(Telecommunication Users Association of N.Z.) for 'The Mobile Service

Roger Grice
Managing Director
|
Roger is a founding Director of
Lateral Profiles Ltd. He was previously Account Director for CSC (NZ)
Ltd., now HP (NZ) Ltd. one of New Zealand's largest computer and
communications companies.
Roger was the founder of Aston Gage
in the late eighties. This company became one of New Zealand's largest
and the most respected I.T. recruitment and contracting companies
before being acquired by Continuum (Paxus People).
Roger is a civil engineering graduate
from Canterbury University and has a long career in project management
of major projects, structural design and computer-aided analysis and
design.
During this time in his career he
became Wellington Regional Manager for Project Group, one of New
Zealand's largest development and construction companies.

Bob McAuley
Managing Director
|
Bob is a founding Director of Lateral
Profiles Ltd.
He was previously Director of Sales and Marketing for CSC (NZ) Ltd.,
now HP (NZ) Ltd. one of New Zealand's largest computer and
communications companies.
Before that Bob was General Manager
of ComputerTime and the architect of this company's rapid rise to
pre-eminence as one of New Zealand's most successful computer companies.
ComputerTime is also notable for its
creation of Netway Communications, which became one of the country's
largest added value network providers.
With over thirty years experience in
the I.T. industry, Bob is one of its best known and most highly
regarded Managers.

Ken Buckler
Director
|
Before joining Lateral Profiles Ken
held a number
of Senior Technical Management positions within the I.T. industry.
These included Regional Technical
Services Manager for Vogel Corporation, one of New Zealand's largest
computer services companies, Software Division Manager for ComputerTime
and I.T. Technical Manager for AFFCO, New Zealand's leading meat
exporter.
Ken brings to Lateral Profiles an
in-depth understanding of software development, technical support and
operations management based on over 30 years experience in New Zealand,
Canada and the U.K.
Ken is a current Advisory Committee
member to the I.T. faculty one of Auckland's leading I.T. educational
Institutions.

Dale Pearson
Senior Consultant
|
Dale has over 30 years experience across a diverse range of I.T. related activities, including Operations, Sales and Marketing, Business Analysis, and Systems Development Consulting.
He has held senior management positions in both NZ and Australia including Australasian Marketing Manager for Peterborough Software, Major Accounts Manager for Lend Lease Employer Services and Project/Programme Manager with IBM Global Services and Computer Associates.
Prior to joining Lateral Profiles, Dale was responsible for the management of a number of major IT projects and programmes, from infrastructure architecture design and rollout, to web based Business Intelligence / eCommerce solution development and delivery.
Dale brings to Lateral Profiles a wealth of knowledge, of people and resource management, within the context of large and complex project environments.

Chris Matthews
Senior Consultant
|
Chris has over 30 years of I.T.
industry
experience, 18 years of which were spent in
technical roles working mainly with the IBM mid
-range series of computers - the System 3x series
through to the AS/400. Subsequently he has held a
number of high profile roles covering the full
spectrum from Business Analyst, I.T. Manager,
Consultant and Company Director.
In New Zealand over recent years he
has worked
for CSC which was later acquired by Hewlett
Packard. The next role was as "Programme Director
Year 2000 Project", for Telecom NZ Ltd.
Currently Chris is employed by
Lateral Profiles
Ltd. on contract to Agilent Technologies on the
Southern Cross Cable Project; as Project Director.
Chris has years of experience as a Project Manager
and is a member of the Project Management
Institute. The projects he manages typically involve
the implementation of I.T. solutions, either the
development of bespoke software systems or the
implementation of third party packages.

Permanent Recruitment
Where Lateral Profiles is engaged
using advertising, referral or file search strategies the fees will be
15% of the total commencement remuneration.
Executive Search
Where Lateral Profiles is engaged to
locate a suitable individual using a search strategy the fees will be
based on 25% of the candidates commencing salary. Executive search is
carried out on an exclusive basis with fees being charged progressively
as pre-arranged with the client.
Contract Appointments
Contract staff are employed on an
elapsed time basis, typically on a negotiated hourly rate.
Calculation of Remuneration
Remuneration includes base salary,
allowances, and where appropriate incentives, inducement payments,
bonuses and commissions. A motor vehicle as part of the package is
valued at 60% of the equivalent car allowance for that vehicle. If
commissions or bonuses form a significant proportion of the package,
60% of these will be allowed for in the calculation of remuneration,
unless agreed otherwise.
Replacement Guarantee
A free replacement guarantee is
provided for three months. If the candidate leaves within this time for
any reason other than redundancy, or change of position outside the
scope of the original job description, Lateral Profiles will provide a
replacement. This guarantee is only valid if the original invoice has
been paid within 14 days of the candidate's commencement date.
Display Advertising
Display advertising is invoiced
following approval from client for both copy and placement.
Expenses
Any extraordinary expenses such as
travel and accommodation, as agreed with the client will be invoiced at
cost.
Candidate Ownership
Any candidate introduced by Lateral
Profiles to your organisation regardless of position, will remain a
Lateral Profiles candidate for 12 months from the date of referral.
This will also include instances where that candidate is referred onto
other companies from your own. If the candidate is employed during this
period our Terms of Business will apply.
Terms of Payment
Invoices will be issued on the
acceptance of employment by the candidate. Invoices are payable 14 days
after the commencement of employment. Sundry invoices such as
disbursements, expenses and advertising charges are payable 14 days
after invoice.
GST
All fees quoted above are exclusive
of GST.
